Mostly bug fixes and small adjustments:
* Added new models for alien landers
* Changed how levels are calculated - less dependent on army, and with a logarithmic incline.
* When moving troops, cost is now calculated immediately when you enter a value rather than when field looses focus
* When moving troops, click the total amount available to auto-fill the editbox with the maximum number
* Fixed ruin limit so that it depends on HQ level and show this in HQ info
* Fixed taking over enemy main bases so that they are no longer "main" bases after the take-over.
* Fixed achievement list not opening/closing properly

... And it's build 131, actually... Small hiccup there!
